Joe opened the doors in 2012 with a borrowed espresso machine and one rule: every cup should be worth walking across town for. Twelve years later the machine is new, the rule isn't.
We roast in small batches every Tuesday, bake from 5am, and make lunch to order with bread from Hearth & Grain two doors down. Most mornings, half the room is regulars. By your third visit, you will be too.
